Hella Yella is a trading name of Darren Gordon. This page explains what we do with your details. Short version: we use them to reply to you and send the newsletter you asked for. Nothing else.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, business name, what you need and your message.
• Newsletter: your email address, and when you signed up, confirmed or left.

Why

To answer your enquiry, and to send Hella Useful if you've confirmed you want it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to two years after we last spoke, then deleted. Newsletter: while you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email only to make sure we don't email you again.

Who else sees it

We never sell your details. Newsletter emails go through Resend, an email delivery service. Our site and data are hosted by Lovable.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold. Email hello@hellayella.studio and we'll sort it within a month. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link.
